Drive creative leadership and team growth for a senior role overseeing campaigns and 360 concepts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive the visual development of campaigns.
Lead and grow a talented team of creatives.
Experience concepting, pitching, and developing 360 campaigns.
Motivate & Inspire the creative team through effective communication, leadership & guidance.
Provide thoughtful feedback and direction to designers copywriters.
Participate, as-needed, in pre- and post-production process with production partners.
When required, be the lead creative on-set.
Consulting on/approving the Creative Briefs from which your team’s work is driven.
Lead team members with a clear vision and direction for their individual and team growth.
Prioritize work and resources across engagements, based on short-and long-term needs, and collaborate with project managers to develop workback schedules for both design and copy projects

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
10+ years of experience, including heavy influence on video/broadcast.
Positive solutions-oriented attitude and strong work ethic is a must.

Preferred

Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
