Translate industry trends into actionable innovations and compelling, multi-channel communications.

Job Description

Own integrated marketing strategy across brand, demand, and revenue aligned with commercial goals.

GTM leadership for existing markets and new verticals, coordinating product, sales, and marketing workstreams.
Ingredient branding, positioning, and pricing to differentiate P2’s portfolio and accelerate adoption.
Translate industry trends in personal care, beauty and aroma tech into actionable innovations and go-to-market plans.
Lead company-wide marketing and communications to ensure consistent brand voice across industries and stakeholders.
Manage external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute initiatives effectively.
Build and maintain brand storytelling and communications across digital, PR, events, and industry publications.
Utilize market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform commercial and product priorities.
Partner with sales to support pipeline development and strategic account growth.
Champion sustainability narrative and green chemistry story across channels and audiences.
Oversee applications lab outputs that support commercial efforts with real-world use cases.
