Job Summary

Own branch strategy to grow membership, drive revenue, and lead a program-focused team through training, outreach, and fundraising.

Lead training initiatives and staff communication
Develop and execute sales and retention goals

Job Description

Responsibilities

Attend and actively participate in all training as assigned.
Develop branch programs, training, initiatives, and policies designed to increase membership.
Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to meet sales, revenue and membership mix targets and budget management.
Create, update, and distribute information AND communicate to staff, community, current and prospective members.
Create and communicate membership team sales and retention goals.
Communicate progress of goals to leadership.
Cross sell other Y programs across the branch such as fitness, aquatics etc.
Develop and execute fundraising strategy to reach branch goals/expectations.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve a diverse community.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years related customer service/sales experience with a knowledge of general operations.
Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
Demonstrated marketing and communication skills.

Preferred

Multi-Lingual
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in sales, marketing, public relations, or a related field.
