Job Summary

Own cross functional omni channel marketing plans and drive delivery with data driven insights across teams, shaping briefs, messaging and content guidance that connect research to enterprise goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional omni-channel marketing plans and ensure delivery on time and within budget
Develop omni-channel briefs for partner agencies and internal teams
Shape communication strategy, messaging frameworks and ongoing content guidance for campaigns
Manage all projects to meet objectives and keep stakeholders aligned
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to execute plans and track strategic priorities
Conduct competitive research and market intelligence to inform marketing recommendations
Write and manage consumer insights testing with key partners
Oversee content creation to support channel strategy and integrated campaigns
Be a team player on special projects and other initiatives as needed
Liaise with business, channel strategy and creative content teams on various campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in brand marketing strategy or integrated marketing, preferably in internal marketing organizations
Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer research and/or strategy preferred
Ability to connect work to enterprise goals and influence outcomes across teams
Demonstrated expertise in managing programs and supporting marketing campaigns
Curious mindset to translate research and insights into actionable recommendations
Solid understanding of business and customer data analytics to inform strategy
Adept at guiding creative development from concept to inception
Strong presentation skills with ability to digest complex information for broad audiences
Independent-minded, self-motivated, with strong cross-functional relationship skills
Collaborative and open-minded approach to building relationships in a complex organization
Highly organized and deadline-driven with the ability to juggle multiple projects
Agile problem solver who can operate independently and adapt to changing needs
Effective time management: prioritize, delegate and meet deadlines
Excellent listening, presentation and written/verbal communication

Nice to have

Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, consumer research and/or strategy preferred
