Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and scale marketing data solutions that improve audience quality, campaign performance, and revenue outcomes by enabling precise targeting and actionable insights.
- Drive data integrity and trust across platforms, ensuring marketing data is accurate, compliant, and standardized to support confident decision-making and measurable business impact.
- Design and optimize audience segmentation strategies that increase engagement, reduce overlap, and elevate customer and prospect experiences across global campaigns.
- Shape data architecture and integration strategies by partnering cross-functionally to create scalable pipelines and frameworks that support performance reporting and advanced analytics.
- Translate data into business outcomes by delivering insights that influence targeting strategies, improve lead quality, and strengthen marketing return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, audience segmentation, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving measurable marketing impact.
- Advanced SQL expertise, with demonstrated ability to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to support business decisions and marketing performance.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks, and a strong understanding of data pipelines and architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and aligning data solutions to business objectives.
Preferred
- Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and advanced segmentation or identity resolution strategies.
- Familiarity with global data privacy and consent regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing data practices.
- Experience supporting multi-regional marketing teams or B2B revenue generation strategies.
