Job Summary

Lead the production and execution of experiential programs from kickoff to recap, partnering with clients and internal teams while mentoring Producers and Coordinators and solving complex logistical challenges.

Own budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional team coordination
Apply strategic thinking and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Build client relationships and leadership within the team

Responsibilities

Lead the production and execution of experiential marketing programs from kickoff through final recap
Serve as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders
Mentor and support Producers, Associate Producers, and Coordinators
Help solve complex logistical and operational challenges
Guide budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Contribute strategic thinking and creative problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Take increasing ownership of client relationships and team leadership

Requirements

Significant experience producing experiential marketing programs, live events, tours, activations, or large-scale brand experiences
Strong understanding of production, logistics, budgeting, and event operations
Natural leadership abilities and a desire to mentor others
Excellent communication and client management skills
Ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
A builder's mindset—someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves when the situation calls for it
