Job Summary

Lead and implement the full digital marketing program to drive acquisition, retention, and growth across paid, email, SEO, content, and partnerships.

  • Own strategy, planning, and execution across Google Ads, social, display, and other channels
  • Build segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns including email and SMS

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual digital marketing strategy aligned with company business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through digital channels.
  • Develop integrated campaigns supporting store openings, seasonal promotions, and category growth.
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors on website enhancements, UX improvements, and new platform implementation.
  • Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer experience.
  • Support promotional campaigns.
  • Plan and manage paid digital campaigns across: Google Ads; Social Media (Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.); Display Networks; Other digital platforms
  • Optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets.
  • Lead email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of: Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Business Manager
  • SEO/SEM
  • Email marketing
  • CRM platforms
  • Marketing automation
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in retail, grocery, food, or e-commerce preferred
