Job Summary

Own hands-on responsibility for coordinating and delivering live event marketing programs, from setup and materials to on-site engagement and post-event follow-up, while collaborating with teams and maintaining brand representation.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support live event marketing campaigns, promotional events, brand activations, and experiential marketing programs
Assist with event setup, promotional displays, signage, marketing materials, and on-site activities
Engage directly with customers and event attendees to represent client brands, products, and services
Promote brand awareness, customer engagement, and consumer interest during live marketing events
Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally to customers
Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
Support community outreach, promotional marketing, and public relations initiatives
Provide friendly and professional customer service in event, retail, and promotional environments
Maintain promotional materials, event supplies, campaign information, and marketing documentation
Provide administrative support with data entry, reporting, record keeping, and other marketing-related tasks

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and outgoing personality
Comfortable speaking with customers and members of the public
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in event marketing, brand promotions, advertising, customer engagement, public relations, communications, or experiential marketing
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is a plus but not required
