Responsibilities

Own day-to-day management of brand social channels (posting, scheduling, monitoring)
Maintain and update content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Draft platform-native copy that reflects brand voice and tone
Ensure timely publishing of content aligned with campaign timelines, cultural moments, and evergreen themes
Flag performance trends and real-time opportunities to the broader team
Monitor and engage with audience comments, DMs, tags, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner
Proactively build relationships with fans, creators, and communities through engagement tactics
Escalate customer service or PR-sensitive issues to client/internal teams following protocols
Track sentiment, engagement trends, and key conversation themes
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to inform briefs and brainstorm content ideas
