Operate as a hands-on builder and strategic leader; coach talent, influence partners, and present performance readouts to senior leadership.
Own the US SMB acquisition marketing strategy across channels; set quarterly plans, targets, and budget guardrails.
Drive website content and experience strategy, SEO/GEO, funnel optimization, and test-and-learn roadmap to generate traffic and conversions.
Build and scale partner/referral marketing programs, including events and co-marketing campaigns.
Monitor results and generate insights; translate learnings into optimizations and new growth experiments.
Collaborate with marketing delivery teams, centers of excellence, internal partners, and vendors to execute campaigns.
Build strong relationships with sales and relationship management, ensuring growth programs reflect field needs.

Requirements

10+ years in growth, acquisition, and/or performance marketing with increasing scope.
Direct management experience.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing.
Track record of owning marketing acquisition outcomes (leads, accounts) and hitting goals.
Strong understanding of modern website marketing (SEO/GEO, UX/UI, conversion testing) and paid media.
Builder mindset: comfortable charting new paths while supporting the team.
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence across stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience in SMB marketing, ideally in a SaaS or Financial Services environment.
