Job Summary

Own guest service leadership and promotions execution, guiding guest engagement, data usage, and events in collaboration with Marketing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Greets guests actively engaged in gaming and assists team members in player identification.
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
Exhibits a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests and fellow team members.
Advocates for the adoption and usage of the PENN Play app and other PENN products by consistently notifying guests of its benefits and value.
Maintains knowledge of casino marketing and player development promotions and encourages guest participation, thus achieving quarterly goals set by management.
Assists in resolving guest opportunities and/or conflicts, in fair and equitable manners.
Develops and maintains technical skills to maximize use of patron data systems.
Maintains the confidentiality of player information including but not limited to personal information such as name, address, contact information, level of play, wins, losses, number of visits, etc.
Helps the Marketing Manager as needed.
Adheres to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Associate's degree (AA.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred.
Minimum of one year Casino Guest Service experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.
Must have moderate to high level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Must have the ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.
Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).
Must be flexible and willing to work any shift.
