Job Description

Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap for building and scaling a comprehensive, user-friendly knowledge base (context layer).
Establish and oversee governance frameworks, change management processes, and maintenance workflows to ensure the knowledge base remains accurate and up to date.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, technical writers, and marketing stakeholders across multiple teams to gather requirements, define standards, and ensure content quality.
Drive cross-functional alignment on business definitions, metric calculations, and data interpretations.
Manage project timelines, identify risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Champion the adoption of the knowledge base and associated tools, driving best practices in data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate feedback loops and continuous improvement processes for the knowledge base.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master\'s degree in technical field, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
5-8 years of experience in Technical Program Management, preferably focused on data, analytics, or knowledge management systems.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to launch.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and documentation best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with wiki-based systems, documentation platforms, and project management tools.

Preferred

Familiarity with data analysis concepts and SQL is a plus.
Experience in a marketing or sales operations environment is highly desirable.
