Significant healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare agency experience required.
A data-driven storyteller - someone genuinely passionate about connecting audience behaviors to how we can move and shape them.
Real depth across the omnichannel mix - web, social, display, and CRM - with specific fluency in CRM strategy (execution not required).
Experience helping shape content and communications strategy, including defining channel roles and goals grounded in audience insight.
Demonstrated experience managing and developing people, having directly managed at least one direct report.
Strong presentation, storytelling, and facilitation skills, paired with the hunger and drive to build - comfort creating something from a blank page, not just executing an existing playbook.
