Job Summary

Owns multi-program marketing from intake to execution, driving integrated campaigns across channels and building physician and administrator partnerships.

Owns projects from intake to execution using Workfront
Develops and executes integrated marketing plans
Tracks performance and provides recommendations

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary marketing contact for multiple GME programs and physician groups.
Manage projects from intake through execution using Workfront.
Review incoming requests, establish priorities, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Manage campaigns across digital, print, social media, events, web, email, and physician-facing channels.
Create marketing content, presentations, collateral, and communication materials.
Track campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with physicians, administrators, and operational leaders throughout the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications or related field is required.
Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
Four (4) years of experience delivering campaigns.

Preferred

Experience with Workfront or similar project management platforms preferred.
Healthcare, physician marketing, higher education, recruitment marketing, or service line marketing experience is highly desirable.
