As a PR/Social Intern, you will be working alongside our team helping with day‑to‑day social, influencer and PR projects.
Throughout the internship program you will work alongside our team and experience full immersion into the day‑to‑day of agency life, from attending brainstorms, research and developing campaign ideas, and actively assisting with client projects and presentations.
Interns will work closely with their manager and colleagues and will contribute to the work the team is doing for clients.
Interns will have the opportunity to present to leaders at the end of their internship.

Requirements

Pursuing or just graduated with a degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or other relevant field.
Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
Enjoys solving problems, brainstorming solutions, and developing a strategic approach to executing a plan
Can toggle between analytical and creative mindsets
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment (within your own team, with various clients, and with other internal teams at Iris)
Loves all things culture, latest trends, why things go viral etc.
