Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business and firmwide growth objectives.
Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns that support key client segments and distribution priorities.
Support audience targeting and segmentation efforts, leveraging insights and analytics to enhance personalization, improve engagement, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
Contribute to the development and activation of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the client lifecycle.
Collaborate with sales teams, client-facing partners, and internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities.
Coordinate with colleagues across Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics, and other teams to support the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive client experiences across channels.
Support campaign and program measurement efforts, leveraging data, feedback, and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, helping refine campaigns and programs based on performance data, client feedback, and market insights.
Embrace and help implement innovative tools, technologies, and ways of working that enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
2-3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, financial services, or related marketing roles.
Familiarity with intermediary, institutional, and/or advisor client segments.
Experience supporting and executing integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, paid media, and sales enablement channels.
Experience collaborating with sales teams, business partners, and/or internal stakeholders preferred.
Experience leveraging data, marketing technology, automation, and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Interest in applying innovative tools, including AI, to improve campaign performance, scalability, and ways of working.
Experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, campaign execution, project management, and performance measurement.
Familiarity with marketing and project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Seismic).

Preferred

Experience collaborating with sales teams, business partners, and/or internal stakeholders preferred.
Understanding of client engagement strategies and investment decision-making processes desirable.
Knowledge of investment products desirable.
Agile marketing experience desirable.
