Job Summary

Own and drive the Marketing and Dissemination Plan and training programs, including webinars and instructional materials, while expanding the user base through engagement at conferences and dissemination events.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain a Marketing and Dissemination Plan, a webinar and video training plan, instructional documentation and training materials, and technical assistance documentation.
Implement user engagement and training plans, increase user base annually, and promote the program at dissemination activities such as conferences and exhibits.
Provide technical assistance, communication, and training to users.

Requirements

3+ years of experience with professional and training engagements
Experience developing written and video training materials
Experience with user engagement, outreach, and promotion
Experience generating content for websites, knowledgebases, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and SOPs
Experience conducting webinars, training sessions, and user support
Experience developing survey questions
Knowledge of NIH and CMS policies
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) clearance or waiver and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clearance
Experience with Material Transfer Agreements (MTA) and Data Use Agreements (DUA)
Knowledge of NIH and CMS data
Knowledge of data repositories and FAIR data sharing
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree
