Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for the Institute’s programs, services, and initiatives.
Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, presentations, and digital communications.
Write and edit content for publications, announcements, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, and distribution timelines.
Coordinate advertising, special events, outreach activities, and other promotional initiatives.
Ensure appropriate use of USC and departmental branding and logos.
Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors, including designers, photographers, printers, and other service providers.
Monitor marketing activities and assist in evaluating their effectiveness.
Compile information and prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, publications, or a related field.
Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
Follows established USC and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, environmental, and infection control guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan.
