Job Description

Responsibilities

Go-to-market support — Support launches and adoption efforts for dealer products, features, and programs in partnership with Product, Sales, and Account Management.
Campaign planning — Turn business goals into targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, adoption, and retention.
Customer insights — Use dealer feedback, segmentation, and performance data to help inform messaging, campaign recommendations, and execution.
Positioning and messaging — Support product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates value and reflects dealer needs.
Campaign execution — Coordinate and execute campaigns across channels to deliver a consistent customer experience and support business goals.
Sales enablement — Create and maintain collateral, pitch decks, and other materials that help Sales communicate product value to dealers.
Performance optimization — Track results through reporting, testing, and analysis, and apply learnings to improve future campaigns.
Cross-functional execution — Stay organized across multiple priorities, collaborate closely with partners, and help turn strategy into action.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a tech, marketplace, or other fast-paced growth environment.
Strong understanding of core marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns that drive business performance.
Analytical, data-driven mindset. Experience with marketing tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Looker/Omni, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging, copy, and creative.
Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
Experience and/or ability to use AI agents to optimize workflows.
