Responsibilities

Analyze consumer, category, marketplace, and brand performance data
Support development and execution of marketing programs and initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams across Brand Management, Consumer Experience, Sales, Finance, and other functions
Develop insights and recommendations using research and business analytics
Participate in business reviews, strategic projects, and planning activities
Support project management, process improvement, and program execution
Build marketing, analytical, business, and leadership capabilities through meaningful assignments and coaching

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
No more than 2 years professional experience
Demonstrated interest in marketing, business, communications, analytics, consumer insights, or related disciplines
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively across teams and functions
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
