Job Description

Assess Accessibility: review social media content, email communications, and digital documents for screen reader compatibility, color contrast, alt text, font usage, and readability
Department Summaries: prepare concise digital accessibility summaries for each department and submit them to the team lead
Team Enablement: teach designated department members how to create more accessible digital content and serve as an accessibility resource for MAP volunteers
Standards & Audits: uphold Universal Design principles and accessibility standards; participate in biweekly department accessibility audits

We work directly with students and provide them with mentorship, vocational and educational support. We also work with our students after they move out of temporary housing and into the community through our online program. We work with our partners to provide our students with the tools needed to succeed.
