Own and deliver bespoke quantitative solutions for strategic clients, managing end-to-end projects and using insight to advise C-suite on growth and brand strategy while expanding key relationships.

  • Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery

  • Build and sustain strategic client partnerships

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand clients' strategic and commercial needs, then develop and deliver bespoke quantitative solutions to meet them
  • Manage complex client projects hands-on, end to end
  • Use quantitative consumer insight to advise C-suite clients on strategy and direction
  • Lead and grow key client relationships

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a strategic quantitative consultancy or high-end market research agency, in a predominantly client-facing, commercial role
  • Proven track record of growing client revenue and developing accounts
  • Strong quantitative grounding paired with the fluency to talk about innovation, growth and brand strategy at a senior consulting level - someone who can move comfortably between the data and the wider commercial narrative, not just report the numbers behind it
  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to develop, lead and execute complex studies
  • Confident in working with analytical and commercial forecasting outputs
  • Confidence working across multiple insight sources, distilling key findings and translating them into actionable recommendations
  • A confident storyteller and presenter
  • Comfortable owning client relationships at a senior level
  • A natural problem-solver and trusted advisor, comfortable sharing a challenging point of view when it helps clients meet their objectives
  • A self-starting, self-sufficient and entrepreneurial mindset
