Job Summary

Own digital content strategy and governance for public-facing sites, lead end-to-end content process from brief to publication, and drive visibility with SEO, data, and AI tools while managing agencies and cross-team collaboration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead digital content strategy, planning, and prioritization across public-facing websites.
Oversee content from initial brief through development, review, approval, and publication.
Partner with SEO/GEO lead and agency partners to improve the visibility and discoverability of VNS Health services across traditional and AI-powered search.
Establish editorial standards and governance to ensure content is accurate, accessible, current, and aligned with brand and regulatory requirements.
Use data, AI tools, and automation to improve content quality, efficiency, and performance.
Manage content agencies, freelancers, vendors, project deliverables, and budgets.
Collaborate across teams to keep multiple content priorities moving from strategy through execution

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline required
Minimum five years of progressive experience in content strategy, digital content development, website content management, editorial operations, or related discipline required
Strong writing, editing, content planning, and editorial leadership skills required
Experience with content management systems, website publishing platforms, and digital content best practices required
Experience developing content for both consumer and business/professional (referrer) audiences required
Experience managing agency and freelancer relationships, including scopes of work, budgets, and vendor performance required
Experience leveraging AI writing, content automation, or analytics tools to improve content effectiveness and operational efficiency preferred
Experience with healthcare required; home-based care, nonprofit, or health care organizations preferred
Experience With Project Management Tools (e.g., Monday.com) Preferred
