Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
Work across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Meta prospecting/retargeting, lead generation, and conversion campaigns
Build new campaigns and account structures from the ground up
Manage audiences, budgets, bidding strategies, conversion objectives, creative tests, and campaign structures
Monitor campaign performance and pacing daily
Manage multiple brands, markets, locations, budgets, and multi-location/franchise account structures
Analyze key performance indicators including CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion quality, and pacing
Recognize performance changes quickly, investigate root causes, and troubleshoot issues
Develop data-backed recommendations and proactively identify opportunities to improve results
Recommend budget shifts, campaign changes, tests, audience strategies, bidding changes, and creative needs

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience , preferably in an agency or multi-brand environment
Significant hands-on experience managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads
Strong Google Ads experience across Search and Performance Max; YouTube and/or Demand Gen preferred
Experience building campaigns and account structures from scratch
Experience managing lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Ability to independently analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop recommendations
Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion tracking, UTMs, and attribution
Experience managing multiple campaigns, accounts, markets, or locations simultaneously
Excellent organizational and QA habits
Strong communication and the ability to prioritize and execute quickly

Preferred

Previous agency experience
Experience managing multi-location or franchise advertising
Experience with fitness, wellness, healthcare, or membership-based businesses
TikTok Ads experience
Looker Studio or dashboard experience
Google Ads, Meta, or GA4 certifications
Programmatic advertising exposure
