Job Description

Responsibilities

POD Category Operations: Seller acquisition, incubation, and management. Product analysis and seasonality trend planning. SKU readiness monitoring. Progress tracking and operational follow-up. Build and maintain seller trackers and dashboards. Monitor POD seller performance and identify operational risks or gaps.
POD Campaign Support: Assist Account Manager (AM) in preparing and executing campaigns. Coordinate with sellers on campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Support campaign setup across internal systems. Help track campaign performance and prepare recap analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Live, Affiliate/Creator, Marketing, and Operations teams to support integrated seller activation initiatives. Support live-streaming and creator-related project coordination. Help improve execution efficiency and workflow visibility across teams.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze seller performance and product trends. Identify best practices and optimization opportunities. Support the development of POD playbooks and operational documentation.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Interest in fashion, print-on-demand business, e-commerce, live commerce, and creator economy.
Prior internship experience in consulting, marketing, operations, e-commerce, retail, or fashion is a plus.
Familiarity with TikTok, social commerce, or digital marketing trends.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.

Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
