Responsibilities

Execute and manage day-to-day external communications initiatives aligned with the company’s corporate communications and PR strategy.
Manage corporate social media channels, content calendars, publishing, monitoring, and brand presence across Management Companies where appropriate.
Identify new digital and social communication opportunities to expand audience engagement and brand visibility.
Conduct peer benchmarking and competitive analysis across senior living, healthcare, REITs, and adjacent industries.
Monitor engagement analytics and provide recurring reporting and recommendations to leadership.
Coordinate website content updates, including leadership announcements, operational updates, awards, press releases, branded programs, and community initiatives.
Support company branding initiatives and ensure consistency across communications channels and materials.
Coordinate production of videos, executive messaging, digital campaigns, photography, and branded collateral.
Maintain communications assets, templates, approved messaging, and content libraries.
Internal Communications:

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
7–10+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, healthcare communications, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Strong experience managing corporate social media and digital communications platforms.
Experience supporting executive and internal communications initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Preferred

Experience supporting crisis communications and reputation management preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare, hospitality, senior living, REIT, or multi-site operating environments preferred.
Experience with intranet platforms, CMS systems, social scheduling tools, and media monitoring platforms preferred.
