Job Summary

Own and coordinate event marketing and member communications while managing member content and feedback across online and print collateral.

Event marketing ownership: serve as the main contact for managers, board chairs, and committees to create event marketing and onsite collateral.
Member communications and content: support programming, produce the monthly newsletter, club announcements, and seasonal updates, and gather member feedback.
Collateral and site ownership: act as primary owner of member website duties, content updates, communications distribution, and feedback tracking.

Creates and distributes all regular member correspondence including but not limited to: Monthly Member Newsletter, Club announcements, and seasonal procedural updates.
Performs various administrative duties including operating key office machines such as computer, calculator, fax machine and copiers.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and speak English in order to perform the duties of the job
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Canva, and Must Have Menus.

Preferred

Video production and editing skills are a plus.
