Manage audience targeting, budget allocation, creative trafficking, and campaign structure to drive efficient growth.

Support structured testing across creative variations, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
Analyze performance trends (CTR, CVR, CAC) to uncover optimization opportunities that support both channel performance and regional campaign objectives.
Partner with Creative to provide data-informed feedback on messaging, formats, and content iterations.
Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, product catalog hygiene, CAPI integrations, and event configuration.
Maintain clean account structure and campaign documentation.
Support audience uploads, exclusions, and segmentation strategies.
Monitor and report on key metrics including CAC, CVR, engagement rates, and spend pacing.

Requirements

2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok required; Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat preferred)
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization
Experience running performance-focused paid social ads for omnichannel consumer brands
Comfort analyzing data and translating performance metrics into optimization actions
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating in-platform daily
Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
