Job Summary

Own the social content engine for quick, engaging posts across TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube with a strong emphasis on shoots, behind the scenes storytelling, and punchy copy.

Content creation: plan and execute photo/video shoots and produce platform ready assets.
Storytelling: capture brand narratives and behind the scenes moments to humanize the brand.
Experimentation: brainstorm new formats and formats that boost engagement across social channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage social content photo and video shoots.
Brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.
Create visual social media assets for TikTok, META, Snapchat, and YouTube (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames).
Brainstorm and ideate content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.
Capture and communicate brand stories through social media; focus on behind-the-scenes content as needed.
Work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
Write short, witty, impactful copy for social posts.

Requirements

1-year minimum experience; bachelor's in advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, META, Snapchat, TikTok) and provide visual guidance on social assets
You must be comfortable shooting with an iPhone and have video editing skills
Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

Nice to Have

Brand or agency experience strongly preferred
Portfolio or examples of social content for personal brand or client
Experience with low-fi aesthetics; comfortable creating static imagery
In addition to degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field
