Job Description

Responsibilities

Video Production & Content Capture
Own day-to-day in-house video capture across paid media, organic social, DTC/e-commerce, Amazon, product launches, campaigns and evergreen brand content
Capture product, texture, application, lifestyle, talent, educational, testimonial and behind-the-scenes content as needed on occasion
Translate paid briefs, scripts and shot lists into compelling video assets while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic
Support larger campaign and production shoots with additional video capture, BTS and supplemental social/performance content when necessary
Maintain an organized and efficient in-house shooting setup that allows for rapid content creation
Editing & Post-Production
Manage a high velocity of ongoing editing needs, from campaign films and evergreen brand assets to short-form paid and organic social content
Edit, color correct, sound mix and finish video content for distribution across multiple digital channels
Create multiple cuts, hooks, lengths, crops, messaging variations and creative iterations from existing footage to maximize the lifespan and performance of content

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in videography, video production, editing or content creation, ideally within an in-house brand, agency or DTC environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating both elevated brand storytelling and high-performing, platform-native digital content
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop and/or related post-production tools
Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio and studio production
Demonstrated experience creating content specifically for paid social and performance marketing
Strong understanding of creative best practices across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, DTC/e-commerce and Amazon
Experience producing multiple creative variations and adapting existing footage for different formats, placements and audiences
Comfortable working within a high-volume, fast-turn creative environment with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities
Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of composition, lighting, typography, pacing, music and storytelling
Working knowledge of still photography and basic photo editing/retouching
