Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients, referral partners, business owners, and centers of influence.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, seminars, networking events, referrals, and website inquiries.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, professional organizations, and community groups.
Support business development initiatives that contribute to the firm's long-term growth.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and social media channels.
Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms.
Help maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials.
Coordinate educational seminars, workshops, networking events, and client appreciation events.
Deliver exceptional service to prospective and existing clients.
Represent the firm at community events, business associations, and networking functions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable with inbound/outbound phone calls and engaging with prospective/existing clients.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking with problem-solving abilities.
