Requirements

6+ Years of Copywriting Experience: Proven track record within a fast-paced creative agency or a high-velocity in-house creative department (direct experience with consumer goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands is highly preferred).
An Elite, Multi-Channel Portfolio: Demonstrates exceptional conceptual thinking, top-tier short-and-long-form copywriting, successful broadcast/video scriptwriting, and a deep understanding of platform-native social content and digital commerce ecosystems.
Technical-to-Human Translator: A proven ability to dissect complex technology or engineering specifications and translate them into simple, emotional, and benefit-driven consumer hooks.
Fluency in Modern Creative Tools: A strong familiarity with collaborative platforms like Figma and an active, hands-on passion for utilizing generative AI tools to accelerate the concepting and prototyping phases.
