Job Summary

Own the end-to-end graphic and content design for internal and external channels, from brand-aligned visuals to intranet and digital communications, while editing and supporting strategic messaging.

Lead graphic design and mockups that follow brand guidelines.
Support internal communications, intranet upkeep, and content writing/editing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develops clear and engaging content for internal and external communication channels such as, intranet, website, social media, events, etc.
Serves as a graphic design expert, conceptualizing designs, creating mockups, and producing final artwork which meets the brand guidelines.
Selects images and assists with taking and editing photos.
Supports writing and editing needs for the organization's internal communications and strategic direction, and helps maintain the intranet site.
Other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

3 years of experience in Graphic Design
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software is essential.
Experience with writing, editing, and proofreading.
Knowledge of traditional and digital communications best practices. Excellent communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Has a charismatic and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the organization's core behaviors.
Has a strong passion for learning and developing their communication skillsets.

Preferred

2 years of experience in Digital Communications
2 years of experience in Corporate Communications
2 years of experience in video editing.
