Responsibilities

Building and expanding relationships with physicians, practice managers, and healthcare professionals throughout your assigned territory
Identifying, targeting, and developing new referral sources while nurturing existing partnerships
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations to physicians and healthcare offices to promote program services and new offerings
Developing and executing strategic territory plans designed to maximize growth and market share
Partnering closely with the Program Director to identify opportunities and implement business development initiatives
Planning and hosting educational events, community outreach programs, lunch-and-learns, and networking functions
Managing territory data, prospect lists, referral activity, and growth opportunities for maximum impact
Representing the organization at community events, healthcare forums, and professional gatherings
Serving as a trusted resource for referral partners by maintaining consistent communication and exceptional customer service

Requirements

Extensive knowledge of healthcare providers and physician networks within the local market preferably with a focus in hyperbaric medicine and wound care
Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and foster long-term professional partnerships
Excellent organizational and territory management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members
Demonstrated initiative, professionalism, confidence, and resilience
