Responsibilities

Own the client relationship post-sale, building trust and becoming a strategic advisor focused on long-term success
Drive performance across multi-channel campaigns including search, social, display, and O&O media
Translate data into action by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and delivering optimization recommendations
Partner closely with Sales and Optimization teams to align on strategy, execution, and client goals
Lead client conversations through regular touchpoints (weekly, monthly), clearly communicating performance, insights, and value
Proactively identify growth opportunities and guide clients on how to maximize their marketing investment
Ensure a cohesive marketing strategy across all channels to deliver consistent messaging and results
Stay ahead of the curve by adapting strategies in an ever-evolving digital landscape

Requirements

3+ years of client-facing account management experience with a strong track record of building relationships and delivering results
2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (search, social, display, etc.)
Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, including PPC, programmatic, social, and analytics (GA4 preferred)
Ability to turn insights into strategy and communicate recommendations with confidence
Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and educate clients
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications
