Responsibilities

• Marketing & Campaign Management—Develop and deliver venue marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Marketing & Campaign Management—Create campaigns to increase bookings, footfall and customer engagement.
• Marketing & Campaign Management—Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Marketing & Campaign Management—Support seasonal campaigns, new launches and major events.
• Social Media Management—Manage daily social media activity for assigned venues.
• Social Media Management—Respond promptly to comments, and messages
• Social Media Management—Plan, schedule and publish engaging content
• Social Media Management—Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.
• Content Creation—Visit venues regularly to capture photography and video content.
• Content Creation—Produce engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital channels.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, hospitality or events.
• Excellent social media knowledge across multiple platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Confident creating short-form video content.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
