Job Summary

Own the hands on delivery of local campaigns and live events, turning face-to-face interactions into brand lift and lead opportunities while feeding feedback into optimization cycles.

  • Campaign Execution: Support planning and running marketing campaigns across events and on-the-ground promotions.
  • Brand Engagement: Drive positive customer interactions to boost awareness and acquisition.
  • Feedback Loop: Capture insights from customers to inform tweaks and improved engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Promoting brands and services through face-to-face customer engagement
  • Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness activities
  • Representing clients professionally at promotional events and campaigns
  • Building positive customer relationships and gathering valuable feedback
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve campaign objectives
  • Contributing ideas to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Supporting daily marketing and promotional activities

Preferred

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or marketing is beneficial but not essential.
