Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Retailer Marketing Support: Manage day-to-day marketing activities for key retail accounts, ensuring execution aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns (both online and offline) with retailers — including banners, landing pages, point-of-sale materials, and store displays.
  • Product Launches: Coordinate launch assets, briefs, and timelines to ensure new product introductions are supported with strong trade activation.
  • Content & Creative Management: Liaise with internal creative teams and agencies to deliver engaging retailer content — including product imagery, copy, and digital assets.
  • Budget & Administration: Track spend and support trade marketing budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and within budget.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, providing actionable insights to improve future activations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, brand marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across all retail touchpoints.
  • Retail Visits & Merchandising: Support store visits to review brand execution, identify improvement areas, and strengthen retailer relationships.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or retail marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or durable goods.
  • Strong understanding of retail environments — both e-commerce and physical stores.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and retail partners.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite or data dashboards is a plus.
