Responsibilities

• Managing and delivering B2B CRM and email campaigns through HubSpot.
• Using customer insights and segmentation to drive sales, repeat orders, and product adoption.
• Creating and managing content for brand LinkedIn pages.
• Supporting product launches, promotions, and trade marketing activities.
• Developing sales presentations, retailer toolkits, and customer communications.
• Working closely with Ecommerce Operations to improve the customer experience and performance of our trade portal.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using data to optimise results.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM, email marketing, trade marketing, or B2B marketing.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Confidence analysing campaign performance and customer data.
• Excellent organisation and project management abilities.
• At least two years' experience in a marketing-related role, ideally within retail, hospitality, consumer goods, homewares, or a product-led business.

Preferred

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform is desirable.
