Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of tourism-related promotional campaigns.
  • Research destinations, travel products, tourism experiences, and relevant market information.
  • Assist with preparing travel-related promotional information and campaign materials.
  • Help identify suitable travel products for different customer groups.
  • Assist with promoting destinations, holiday options, attractions, activities, and travel experiences.
  • Review travel product information to ensure promotional information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with communicating campaign information through appropriate digital and communication channels.
  • Monitor customer responses and general engagement with tourism-related campaigns.
  • Assist with organising campaign information, promotional schedules, and relevant materials.
  • Follow up on campaign-related enquiries and requests where required.
