Responsibilities

• Execute TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns end to end, ensuring targets and timelines are met.
• Manage the Lark affiliate community, keeping creators engaged, informed, and active.
• Create hooks, messaging, and CTAs for TikTok Shop content.
• Coordinate the execution of the Affiliate Championship, keeping all moving parts on track.
• Design and distribute promotional materials for the championship across relevant channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates and partner agencies.
• Manage creator communication, acting as the main point of contact for affiliates.
• Support the execution of paid collaborations alongside the wider team.
• Organize monthly webinars with the Account Manager, scaling to bi-weekly as the programme grows.

Requirements

• 6–12 months of hands-on experience working with TikTok Shop (affiliate, creator, or campaign side) — this is not an entry-level/fresher role.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate mechanics, creator collaborations, and campaign execution.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting hooks, messaging, and CTAs.
• Comfort managing communities and communicating with creators at volume.
• Organized and proactive, able to juggle campaigns, events, and content simultaneously.
• Experience with Lark (or similar community/collaboration tools) is a plus.

Preferred

• Prior experience within a TikTok Shop agency environment.
• Experience supporting paid collaborations or influencer partnerships.
• A network of existing TikTok Shop creators or affiliates.
