Job Summary

Own the local outreach to nursing homes and care homes, turning introductions into staffing partnerships and onboarding new clients.

  • Visit facilities to present Caring Hands Services and establish decision-maker relationships.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with care providers to secure referrals and repeat partnerships.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new clients to start revenue-generating engagements.

  • Promote our staffing and recruitment services
  • Build professional relationships with care providers
  • Support the onboarding of new clients
