Responsibilities

• Every client runs the same core system: Meta ads driving booked calls for a high-ticket offer, B2B and B2C. You lead 10–12 of those accounts. Your job is to make that system produce qualified booked calls on every one of them, and to know exactly why it is or isn't working at any moment.
• A normal week:
• - Get on calls with clients and own the strategy conversation: what's working, what's isn't, what we're doing next, and why.
• - Read the full funnel on every account — spend, CPL, cost per booked call, show rate, close rate — and decide what changes this week.
• - Make kill/scale decisions on ads and defend them with numbers, not opinions.
• - Lead your pod. The CSM runs the day-to-day and the creative team through them; you set the direction, check the work, and are the final word on every account: which angles to test, what creative to brief, what the landing page needs to say.
• - Get into Ads Manager yourself when it matters. This is not a pure "ideas" seat. You can push the buttons and prove your own calls.
• - Diagnose the whole machine, not just the ads: offer, landing page, follow-up, booking flow, sales handoff.
• What you need
• We charge more than most of our competitors. That only works if our strategy is better than theirs. That's where you come in. The honest bar: you know enough to run your own agency, and you'd rather run great accounts than deal with payroll, sales, and churn.

Requirements

• 3+ years running Meta ads for lead generation — high-ticket services, coaching/consulting, info products, or agency-side
• You've personally owned kill/scale decisions on real budgets and can walk us through the numbers on accounts you’ve run
• You've led people before — a team, a pod, or contractors — and they got better because you were in charge
• Full-funnel literacy: you can follow CPL through to cash collected and find the leak without being told where to look
• Direct-response instincts: you can judge a hook, fix an angle, and tell a designer why an ad won't work before it spends a dollar
• Founder-level communication in clear, easily understood English. Our clients are US founders paying premium prices, and you have to hold the room on a strategy call. Non-negotiable.
• Full-time and all-in. We're a US company.
