Own a fast turn social creative engine for fan-first content that blends franchise voice with platform-native moments and real-time trends.

  • Creative Ideation: Define distinct social concepts and rapid-response campaigns that grow engagement and franchise visibility.
  • Content Production: Lead rapid video and asset creation with Adobe tools and native editors, keeping brand alignment and platform-native feel.
  • Platform & Community Signals: Track TikTok, IG, YouTube, and Facebook trends and audience sentiment to refine output and boost engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creative Ideation: Brainstorm imaginative social concepts—spanning daily reactive posts to large-scale campaigns—designed to maximize franchise visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce thumb-stopping multimedia assets using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, mobile tools, and native in-app editors.
  • Real-Time Execution: Capitalize on real-time cultural and fandom milestones by developing rapid-response, high-volume content under tight deadlines.
  • Trend & Platform Monitoring: Research digital platform trends, shifting algorithms, and emerging formats across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Brand & Platform Alignment: Maintain strict alignment with brand guidelines while ensuring content feels completely native, casual, and authentic to platform culture.
  • Community Cultivation: Foster an active digital community and track ongoing franchise conversations to continually refine our creative output based on audience sentiment.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: Experience as a Social Producer, Fan Editor, or Content Creator within a social-first marketing agency or the entertainment sector.
  • Production Literacy: Significant experience in social editing, posting, and managing production processes (including creative feedback, asset delivery, and commercial responsibilities).
  • Software Expertise: Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) alongside platform-native editing tools.
  • File Hygiene: Excellent organisational skills regarding project files, following internal workflows to ensure seamless hand-offs to other team members.
  • Operational Proficiency: Strong IT skills, including familiarity with project tracking tools and collaborative software.
  • Editing Expertise: A master of pacing, tone, and humor who knows how to build emotional hooks and blend raw, platform-native styles with polished post-production.
  • Cultural Fluency: Deeply embedded in the social media landscape with a strategic, innovative approach to content ideation and an eye for driving high engagement.
  • Fandom Obsessed: A genuine passion for mainstream cinema, pop culture, and legacy entertainment franchises.
  • Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
