Own and execute Junbi Matcha’s social media content, including photo/video creation, posting schedules, caption writing, and community engagement, with a focus on promoting new drinks, seasonal menus, and local events; track basic metrics to inform future posts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Shoot photos and short videos of drinks, the store, and behind-the-scenes moments, mostly on a phone
Create and schedule Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels
Write captions that match our brand voice
Reply to comments and DMs in a friendly, timely way
Help promote new drinks, seasonal menus, and local events
Share simple monthly updates on what's working (likes, views, follower growth)

Requirements

You use Instagram daily and understand what makes a post or Reel engaging
Comfortable with phone photography and basic editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar)
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule
A good eye for aesthetics and an interest in food, drinks, or café culture
No professional experience required. Students are welcome to apply.
