Own social strategy and day to day execution for a B2B audience across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, and YouTube with Peterborough base and up to 25% travel.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
  • Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and YouTube
  • Manage day-to-day social media activity and community engagement
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms
  • Plan and execute organic social campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with enterprise and divisional marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and lead social media guidance and training
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable recommendations
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Promotion and Marketing Communications techniques; ability to use different marketing channels and tools in combination to focus on how a business communicates a message to the market.
  • Proven experience in B2B social media strategy creation and management
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using platform insights and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing principles
  • Deep expertise in social media strategy and management
  • Marketing, Communications, or related degree qualification
  • Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
  • Experience managing multiple brands
  • Creativity: Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants and suppliers).
  • The role may require up to 25% travel (domestic and international)
  • The role is based at the Peterborough facility 5 days per week.
