Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
  • Create engaging posts, Reels, and Stories
  • Photograph and film furniture in our showroom
  • Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software
  • Upload and maintain products on our Shopify website
  • Write compelling product descriptions
  • Organise collections, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Respond to customer enquiries on social media
  • Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns and google ads and SEO
  • Help improve website traffic and online sales

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing Shopify websites
  • Experience creating engaging social media content
  • Good photography and video editing skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
  • Organised, creative, and able to work independently
  • Interest in furniture, interiors, or home design is an advantage
