Job Summary

A social media and Shopify marketing assistant will own the showroom’s online presence, coordinating content creation, product storytelling, and customer engagement while supporting paid campaigns and site optimization across Meta, Google, and SEO-driven updates.

Own social content pipeline across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok including posts, Reels, and Stories, plus community replies.
Own product catalog on Shopify with descriptions, collections, promotions, and SEO-driven updates.
Own ad support and site traffic initiatives, collaborating on Meta ads, Google Ads, and SEO to boost online sales.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts
Create engaging posts, Reels, and Stories
Photograph and film furniture in our showroom
Edit photos and videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar software
Upload and maintain products on our Shopify website
Write compelling product descriptions
Organise collections, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Respond to customer enquiries on social media
Assist with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns and google ads and SEO
Help improve website traffic and online sales

Requirements

Previous experience managing Shopify websites
Experience creating engaging social media content
Good photography and video editing skills
Strong written and spoken English
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
Organised, creative, and able to work independently
Interest in furniture, interiors, or home design is an advantage
