Job Summary

Own on camera presenting for short form social videos and turn on screen talking points into engaging real estate and home improvement content.

  • On camera: deliver scripted and unscripted talking points for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
  • Content showcasing: feature completed installations and promotional/educational content.
  • Collaboration: work with the videography team on filming days to align visuals and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Present and feature in short-form social media videos
  • Deliver simple scripted and unscripted talking points on camera
  • Showcase completed projects and installations
  • Participate in promotional and educational content
  • Work with our videography team during filming days
  • Help create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the UK
  • Comfortable appearing on social media platforms
  • Able to travel to filming locations in High Wycombe and surrounding areas
  • Flexible availability preferred

Preferred

  • Experience in presenting, modelling, acting, content creation, estate agency, sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
