Responsibilities

• Plan, capture and produce engaging social media content for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn
• Visit the clinic one to three times per month to gather fresh, authentic content
• Film high-quality short-form content using an HD smartphone setup (professional camera skills are a bonus)
• Capture premium audio using external microphones and professional recording practices
• Edit reels, stories and social content using CapCut (or similar editing tools)
• Independently schedule and publish content while collaborating closely with the clinic and agency team
• Help create and maintain structured content plans using Google Sheets and Google Docs
• Produce content around: Brand awareness, Community engagement, Educational content, Case studies, Thought leadership, Conversion-focused campaigns
• Support social strategies designed to drive: New appointment bookings, Repeat prescriptions, New patient registrations, General enquiries and DMs
• Identify trending and culturally relevant social topics that can be adapted for veterinary audiences

Requirements

• Proven experience creating engaging social media content for brands or businesses
• Strong understanding of Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Good understanding of LinkedIn content strategy and audience behaviour
• Excellent filming skills using smartphones and mobile-first content workflows
• Experience using microphones and recording clean, professional audio
• Strong editing skills using CapCut
• Ability to independently plan, organise and execute content schedules
• Confident working directly with clients and teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working within veterinary, healthcare or clinic environments
